How it Works

Trading in your items with Retro Ryšys is quick and easy. Follow our step-by-step process below to turn your old items into cash!

1. Submit Your Request

Fill out our trade-in form with all the requested information.

Please make sure to attach clear pictures of your items so we can accurately evaluate their condition.

2. Receive Your Valuation

We will review your request within 1–2 business days.

Once evaluated, we will send you a draft purchase agreement containing our price offer along with a transparent explanation of how we calculated it.

3. Organise Shipping

If you are happy with our offer, we will work with you to organize shipping the items to us.

Note: You will initially cover the shipping fee for the courier, but we will fully reimburse you for this cost in your final payout once the trade-in is confirmed!

4. Final Review & Confirmation

Once your delivery arrives, our team will inspect the items within 1–2 business days to ensure they match your original description and photos.

• If everything matches: We will send over the final purchase agreement ready for your signature. By confirming, we officially take over the items and cover your initial shipping costs.

• If the items do not match: We will contact you directly to discuss the discrepancies. If the request is eventually denied due to an incorrect or misleading description and we cannot come to an agreement, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment, which we will help to organise.

5. Get Paid

As soon as you sign and return the final purchase agreement, we will process your payout within 1 business day (including the reimbursement for your initial shipment fee).
